LAKE KARIBA SWELLS

Lake Kariba water levels have now notched up to 27.31 per cent. This is as announced by the Zambezi River Authority (ZRA) yesterday.

The ZRA says Lake Levels have continued rising steadily on Lake Kariba to close the period under review at 479.38m which is 27.31 percent of usable storage as at yesterday, April 30, 2020.

Last year on the same date, the Lake level was higher at 480.27m which is 33.83 percent of usable storage.
