A TOTAL of 150 Master Guides from the Seventh-Day Adventist Church were today invested on the Copperbelt, among them, pastors’ wives and a physically challenged man.
Veteran Master Guide Paul Shalala says the group included Copperbelt Conference Youth Director Pastor Mubika Chibwabwa, a 53 year old elder of Ndola South who has visual impairment (blind), and two Shepherdesses.
“This morning, 47 Master Guides were invested during the Region A Investiture held at Luanshya Central Church. These included Copperbelt Conference Youth Director Pastor Mubika Chibwabwa, a 53 year old Elder of Ndola South who has visual impairment (blind) and two Shepherdesses (Pastors’ wives).
“Later in the afternoon, Region B held an investiture at Nkana Church in Kitwe where 103 Master Guides, 15 Senior Youth Leadership and two Pathfinder Leadership Award candidates were invested. One Shepherdess was also invested, the wife to Pastor Chifumbe Kapenya Jr, who is our church Pastor at Freedom Park Church,” MG Shalala wrote.
He says at both investitures, North Zambia Union Conference Youth Director Pastor Burton Moonga was the Investing Officer.
