LUSAKA City Mayor Miles Sampa has allegedly clobbered Memorial Park Cemetery General Manager, Lawrence Nsoma after a difference.
According to a medical report made available to The Scoop this afternoon, Mr. Ngoma has suffered bruises and swelling on one side of the forehead after being beaten using a stick.
