BILL 10 is evil and was devised and constructed for the benefit of the Patriotic Front (PF) and their narrow interests, United Party for National Development (UPND) president Hakainde Hichilema has charged.
Mr. Hichilema says the Constitution is a sacred document that contains ideals, aspirations and way of life of the people of Zambia and that no one has the right to alter it for their personal benefit and to the detriment of the Republic.
“The Constitution of our beloved Republic belongs to ‘We, the People.’ It is a sacred document that contains our ideals, aspirations and way of life. No one has the right to alter it for their personal benefit and to the detriment of the Republic.
“Bill 10 is evil and was devised and constructed for the benefit of the PF and their narrow interests. Never must there come a time when Zambians are asked, where were you when Bill 10 was passed?” he said.
