ZAMBIA Conservative Party (ZCP) president Peter Simpemba has requested for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from Standard chartered Bank Zambia PLC and Madison Financial services PLC in his campaign of sensitizing the youths to exercises one of their fundamental human rights which is the right to vote
Mr. Simpemba has told The Scoop that most of the youths do not exercise their rights to vote and that it could be one of the reasons why they are excluded from the governance system of the country.
He is requesting the two Institutions to support his campaign and has also called all Non-Government Organisations (NGOs) in Zambia to join his campaign before the voter registration exercise commences.
He says his budget for this campaign is K1, 500, 000 and that this includes radio programs in all districts and provinces.
Meanwhile, Mr. Simpemba has congratulated ABAS Bank Zambia for winning the ward of best practices in Cooperate Social Responsibility (CSR).
