COMMISSIONER General of the Zambia Correctional Service Chisela Chileshe has criticised the people of Southern Province for not being grateful to the ruling Patriotic Front (PF) and has barred the opposition political parties from visiting correctional facilities.
Is Mr. Chisela executing his duties according to principles guiding a civil servant?
Is the issue of prisoners voting in the 2021 elections a feasible feat now that correctional centres have been declared out of bounds for the opposition by Mr. Chisela?
