THE Lusaka Province Patriotic Front (PF) mobilisation committee has received a donation of four brand new laptops from a well-wisher to ease operational challenges of the mobilisation centre.
According to a statement released by provincial mobilisation committee media director George Chulumanda and made available to The Scoop this morning, this is one of many other donations to the ruling party by well-wishers.
Speaking during the handover of the laptops, provincial coordinator Jeremy Chibuye said the mobilisation committee values the contributions and support of various stakeholders who have made contributions to the centre in readiness for the 2021 general elections.
Mr. Chibuye says the Lusaka mobilisation committee is grateful for the support well-wishers have continued rendering to the committee.
A week ago, another well-wisher showed benevolence to the Lusaka mobilisation committee by donating office furniture valued at undisclosed amount of money.
Meanwhile, Mr. Chibuye has urged other stakeholders to emulate well-wishers who have helped the Lusaka mobilisation committee and offer support in any way possible.
He explains that the mobilisation committee is organising its office so that when guidelines on large gatherings are loosened, the committee would go flat out and implement mobilisation activities uninterrupted.
