THE Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority (ZICTA) has ranked Zamtel as the best network on quality service provision.
And Zamtel head of corporate affairs and Government relations, Reuben Kamanga says the rank is well deserved because the company has worked hard to improve the quality of service to its customers.
According to ZICTA’s latest report on Quality of Service (QoS) for Mobile Network Operators, Zamtel has beaten the other two networks, Airtel and MTN with Mr. Kamanga saying Zamtel is now the network with the largest footprint.
“So far 717 new sites have been rolled out in different parts of the country and the remaining sites are planned for completion before end of this year,” Mr Kamanga said.
