Standard Chartered Bank’s Head Consumer, Private and Business Banking, DeepPal Singh, said, “We continue to innovate our client value proposition to meet the changing needs of our clients. We want to offer our clients a superior banking experience through enhanced digital platforms while still maintaining a human touch through our branch network.

Our customers will enjoy a safe and efficient banking experience at our new head office branch with enhanced banking hall features and sufficient parking. We will still encourage our clients to use our digital platforms like SC Mobile which has over 70 of the most common banking services. Not only does this offer convenience but also promotes safety during this period in which we are experiencing a global pandemic,” said Mr. Singh.

In 2020, Standard Chartered Bank was named the Best Consumer Digital Bank in Zambia 7 years in a roll by the prestigious Global Finance Awards for its superior digital banking capabilities, being the only bank in Zambia that offers an end to end digital self-on-boarding service on its banking app, SC Mobile.
