CHAMA WARNS THOSE PEDDLING LIES AGAINST HIM

By Scoop Reporter

ZAMBIA national soccer team player Clatous Chama has warned of legal suite against those allegedly peddling lies that he was involved in an accidence hence his exclusion from back-to-back international friendly matches against Mali.

Chama says it has come to his attention that some Zambian blogs have been posting false information about him being involved in an accident, which is not true but his brother.

“On the 18th, of September, as I was preparing to join the national team, I was called by my family, informing me that my brother was involved in a road accident, hence the need to ask for permission from the national team manager to be pardoned from the on-coming games. I rushed to Zambia to check on my brother’s health to see how he is doing.

“Thankfully, he is fine but I had to help him through to see doctors for any internal injuries. Thank you to those who have put my family and I in prayers, it has not been easy seeing how many fatal accidents have been happening. We thank God for protecting my brother. To the pages posting about the matter, we will press charges,” Chama warned.
