BAZIBBA ZISANI KU KAPIRI: KAPIRI MAN DRAGGED TO COURT FOR STEALING CLOTHES

A 25-year-old businessman has appeared in the Kapiri Mposhi Magistrate Court for stealing clothes at a named house which were hanging on the line contrary to section 272 of the penal code cap 18 of the laws of Zambia.

It is alleged that on September 25, 2022 in Kapiri Mposhi District of Central Province, Suwilanji Silungwe, a resident of Muzaluma Compound stole a track suit and a short all valued at K420, property of one Daniel Musonda.

And when asked if he understood the charge, the accused admitted to having committed the offence.

He voluntarily confessed to having stolen the items from a named residence in TAZARA area.
